Monthly Recurring Charges

✔ VoIP PRI Service – $399/month (24-month contract required)
✔ *Includes 24 channels & 20 Direct Inward Dial (DID) numbers
✔ Additional DID Blocks – $5/month per block of 20
✔ E911 Fee – $1.38 per DID provisioned with E911

One-Time Fees

✔ Setup Fee – $150 (One-time)
✔ Equipment Non-Return Fee – $250 (Charged if equipment is not returned after cancellation)
✔ Applicable Taxes – Calculated based on location and regulations

Contract Terms & Early Termination

✔ Minimum Contract Term – 24 months
✔ Early Termination Fee – 90% of the remaining contract balance

💡 Example: If you cancel with 12 months remaining, the early termination fee would be:
$399 x 12 months x 90% = $4,309.20
